    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our esteemed client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the design, implementation, and coordination of safety and loss control policy with a General Contractor

    Key Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of working with self-perform crews, particularly in masonry, carpentry, or cast-in-place concrete operations. Prior experience in these areas is highly preferred.
    • A BA/BS/AS or an equivalent accredited degree may substitute for up to 5 years of direct experience in the field.
    • Possession of CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) or related certifications is highly valued.
    • Proficient in reading, comprehending, and interpreting safety standards and related issues. Capable of recognizing and upholding high-quality construction safety commitments.
    • Possesses a clear driving record, with the ability and willingness for overnight stays and travel to regional projects and offices.
    • Demonstrates the ability to set and achieve goals independently.
    • Exhibits diplomacy and effective communication in working with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and the aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new computer applications.
    • Capable of comprehending and interpreting legal findings and their potential repercussions.
    • Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, as required by the demands of the role.
