Stays abreast of changes in regulatory and market conditions that may affect the organization's diversity programs. Additionally, Top Diversity Executive makes any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure compliance and sensitivity to the needs of all employees. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Diversity Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Diversity Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. -Inform customers about discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions
-Turn in paperwork and reports as assigned
-Perform store maintenance such as taking out the garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, stocking shelves, cleaning windows/glass and gun rangesQualifications:
-High School graduate/GED
-Excellent computer skills
-Ability to work calmly under pressure
-Able to pass a background check and drug screen
-Quick learner
-Excellent customer service skills/attitudeAll work takes place inside the retail facility of Top Gun. Work can involve weekday, weekends, holidays, and nights. This job requires standing nearly 100% of the time
Compensation is negotiable based on experience
