Additionally, Top Diversity Executive makes any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure compliance and sensitivity to the needs of all employees. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Diversity Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Diversity Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.
