THE POSITION : House Cleaning Technicians will usually be cleaning homes solo or with another Technician and will be responsible for customer service, quality control, and some reporting/paperwork at the end of the day. Great pay with bonuses, and tips, flexible hours, a great team of positive people, and you'll get a feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Hard physical work. Think getting paid to work out! Able to lift 50 lbs and perform very physically demanding aspects of the job.

• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, squat, and be on your feet up to 8 hours per day.

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.

• Positive Work Environment. Drama is not welcome here!

• An eye for detail.

• Strong work ethic (consistently reliable, dependable, motivated, willingness to learn, adhere to our process and procedures).

• Driver’s License, insurance, and good driving record.

• We drive all over The Gorge to service clients. Have your own insured vehicle to use for work. The job will be about 20% driving.

• Have a smartphone with internet. For constant communication with the office and clients. We also use an electronic app for time keeping, notes, and photos of jobs.

• Enjoy working around pets.

• Willing to take a background check.

• Pass a drug test and submit to random testing.

Work Location:

• Multiple locations within The Gorge: Hood River (Base), The Dalles, Cascade Locks, White Salmon, Dallesport, Parkdale, Stevenson, Underwood, and little surrounding areas.
