Being a Top Diversity Executive studies, develops, and implements training programs to educate employees and offers support and knowledge. Stays abreast of changes in regulatory and market conditions that may affect the organization's diversity programs. Additionally, Top Diversity Executive makes any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure compliance and sensitivity to the needs of all employees. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Diversity Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. We are seeking a Full-time and Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is motivated, flexible, bright, energetic, responsible, and organized. The role of the DSP is to support people with a developmental disability/mental illness in every way possible to facilitate personal growth.
Shifts: Various shifts are needed evenings and weekends, 10-16 hours each week.

Minimum Job Qualification:
Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required. Must have a passion for working with individuals with a developmental disability. Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or mental illness is preferred. Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Must pass background investigation and central registry check. Being aware of and competent in dealing with individual medical needs ex. seizures, health concerns, allergies etc. Valid drivers license.
