Responsibilities and Duties:
Generate new business opportunities and leads within the Multi-Family/Mixed-Use projects sector, targeting Developers, Architects, and General Contractors to fuel the sales pipeline.
Conduct in-depth research on potential prospects to assess their suitability for Multi-Family/Mixed-Use projects.
Efficiently respond and qualify inbound leads.
Identify and establish communication with key decision makers such as Managing Partners, VP of Development, VP of Construction, Chief Estimators, Internal Architects, and Head/VP/Director of Design.
Utilize Zoom Info USA to gather accurate contact details for decision makers.
Expand the contact database in the Relationship Management (RM) system, adding new contacts post initial outreach in addition, to track and report on lead activity and sales progress.
Systematically compile contacts for Architects in RM for streamlined automated email processes.
Engage with General Contractors to complete pre-qualification forms and secure placement on bid lists.
Review bid invitations thoroughly, identifying potential scopes of work for our services.
Coordinate bid requests with the estimating department to ensure timely responses.
Prioritize prospecting efforts by focusing on the most promising opportunities for business development in the commercial sector.
Meet or exceed monthly Revenue targets by excelling in daily behaviors and processes.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and with exposure to commercial sectors.
Strong research, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools, preferably with experience BCI & Zoom Info USA.
Goal-oriented mindset with a record of overachieving.
Knowledge of Multi-Family/Mixed-Use projects and the commercial construction industry.
