We are looking for a dynamic professional to provide essential support to the business development team. As the Business Development Executive Assistant, you will contribute significantly to the organization's growth by supporting business development activities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Communication Support:
Presentations: Crafting persuasive business development presentations is a significant part of the role. Examples include but are not limited to webinars, packets, and power points.
Administrative Tasks:
Document Management: Track and file agreements, correspondence, and other essential documents.
Expense Tracking: Assist in managing travel expenses and other related costs.
Calendar Management: Coordinating schedules and appointments for the business development team.
Communication and Coordination:
Client Interactions: Maintain communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Public Relations: Coordinate with public relations consultants to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
Event Organizations: May assist in planning and orchestrating business development events.
Relationship Building:
Client Engagement: Play a crucial role in maintaining beneficial relationships with clients and partners.
Networking: Actively engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up after meetings and interactions.
Research and Analysis:
Analyze current client relationships and explore leads for future relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
Develops and maintains a cooperative working relationship with members, clients, and outside contacts.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documentation, and correspondence.
