Identifies and evaluates new markets, partners, channels, and customers. Being a Top Division Business Development Executive develops a wide network of contacts to keep informed about current and future industry and market actions. Researches and analyzes the business environment, competitors, and customers to develop ideas for new products and services, pricing, and business models. Additionally, Top Division Business Development Executive directs financial feasibility studies, proposal development, and negotiations for new business opportunities. Collaborates with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Division Business Development Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Division Business Development Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     What You’ll Do:

    Sales Strategy:

    • Exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
    • Develop strong customer relationships to drive growth.
    • Mentor sales teams for peak performance.
    • Plan and coordinate all aspects of territory management, from budgeting to call planning.

    Market Analysis:

    • Analyze data to increase market share and stay competitive.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate at national and regional sales meetings.
    • Contribute to marketing programs.

    Administration:

    • Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    • 7-10 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
    • Experience managing teams and strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Preferred Skills:

    • MBA or advanced degree.
    • Previous pharmaceutical sales management experience.
    • Healthcare industry knowledge and CRM software familiarity.
