We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Controller to add to our amazing accounting department.
The Controller is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the company’s accounting and financial reporting systems and processes. Working closely with the Executive and Information Systems Teams, the Controller will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial data.
Controller Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the timely month-end closings of the accounting and financial systems.
• Provide timely and accurate financial statements and related schedules.
• Plan and coordinate the annual audit of the financial statements, and other required audits.
• Assist with developing and monitoring financial budgets and forecasts.
• Communicate with Banking, Insurance, Surety, and Taxing Authorities as needed.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the company’s accounting processes and systems.
• Train accounting and other staff as needed to ensure the proper use of processes and systems.
• Provide support to other users for all accounting applications.
• Act as resource for all accounting / tax questions.
• Review and develop processes that improve efficiency of our systems, productivity of our employees, and accuracy of our data.
• Oversee the accounting services for related company.
