Executive Assistant

Walk-in Cooler/Freezer manufacturer in the City of Industry, CA is seeking an Executive Assistant.

This is a full-time position; 40-hour week, M-F. $24.00-$25.00 an hour Depending on Experience. Possible increase upon performance review. Ideal candidate will have a student mentality and willing to learn for professional growth.

Job Responsibilities Include but not limited:

• Assist President and other department with their daily tasks.
• Resolve issues and concerns that may arise from customers
• Serve as a back-up for other position (if needed)
• Assist in the preparation of reports using MS Word, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Coordinate and set up meetings and conference calls
• Assist in establishing office policies and procedures and coordinate special projects and department activities.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Office and Administrative Experience. Fast pace work-environment and manufacturing a plus.
• Computer literate (Windows)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access (will train)
• Excellent written and verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills. Go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied
• A team player with positive outlook and encouraging attitude.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail, works well under pressure.
• Marketing and Sales Experience a plus
• Bilingual: Spanish speaking
• Photoshop Experience a plus
