Job Summary

Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Construction Services division of the company in our St. Simons Island, GA office.

This position will be responsible for assisting the director and project managers to ensure that the company’s high standards are met, and clients are satisfied with our service.

The person awarded this position will…

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director of Construction Services
• Keeps track of the Director of Construction Services' calendar and schedules meetings
• Tracts key client relationships in a CRM software
• Routinely interacts with staff, clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors
• Reviews and sorts all emails for the Director of Construction Service and arranges priority
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents
• Assist in proposals

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two years’ experience within the construction field
• Self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• United States Work Authorization (required)
