This announcement will be used to fill a Transportation Technician Apprentice position in District 5, Pocatello. This position will be on our paint crew which can require out of town work as well as overnight shifts.
After successful completion of each step, wages may increase as outlined below : Starting wage : $18.55 - $19.05 Completion of Step One : $19.
98 Completion of Step Two : $21.64 Completion of Step Three : $23.33This position requires that you obtain a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 60 days of hire as well as pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
ITD will provide training to meet the Entry Level Driver Training requirements as well as licensing costs.Note : This position requires frequent overnight stays.
Example of Duties This position will be on our paint crew which can require out of town work as well as overnight shifts.
