Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO/Founder of Harrison Financial Services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
General Responsibilities:
· Manage the CEO/Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO/Founder.
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Anticipate the needs of the CEO/Founder and proactively take action to address them.
· Execute job responsibilities outside of normal business hours when needed, including evenings and weekends.
· Act as a liaison between the CEO/Founder and other team members, clients, and network office.
· Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Produce professional quality reports, presentations, and briefs.
· Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
· Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.
Role Requirements:
· 3 years of financial industry experience preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
· Proven track records of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
· Coordinate multiple projects and/or tasks.
