Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Division Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. Our classes are fast paced, fun, and have a proven curriculum already in place. Specific teaching degrees and certificates are not required to teach at Challenger School, we will teach you how to teach! At Challenger you will start in our paid teacher training program where you will learn our unique curriculum and teaching styles through video instruction, manual study, teacher observations, and hands on experience in classroom settings across the grades. After successful completion of that program, you will be given a classroom of your own to teach and manage. Where available, candidates may be considered for more specialized positions such as computer, P.E., art, or middle school teacher.
