Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. Additionally, Top Division Human Resources Executive identifies and explores trends in human resources to enhance the employee experience, meet evolving organizational needs and create innovative programs. Responsible for the optimal development and implementation of the Company’s HR initiatives to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, particularly in talent management, total rewards, and culture/organizational effectiveness. Responsible for actively integrating the business strategy with people management practices.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management or related field from an accredited school or university.
Three years exempt-level experience in human resources management, with a working knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to employment law, compensation, employee benefits, recruitment, organizational planning, HRIS, employee relations, and training/development.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment
Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution
Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities
Prior HRIS database experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft suite of products
Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP Certification strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
