The Human Resources Generalist/Executive Assistant in Denver provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers while focusing on payroll processing, benefit administration, and coordinating company policies and practices. Additional support of the daily responsibilities of the Human Resources department includes but is not limited to: Leave administration, recruitment and onboarding, personnel issue resolution, training and development, IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility), talent management, HRIS administration, and HR administrative duties. In the Executive Assistant role, they will provide general administration and support within, but not limited to, the following departments within the Colorado Health Network: Human Resources, Accounting/Finance, and the Executive Team.
