The Human Resources Manager position is an integral part of the team at Foundations for Living. Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Duties would include: full cycle recruitment process for all positions within the facility, employee relation resolution, serve as the benefit liaison from the corporate office to the employees, orientation and training, workers compensation, HRIS administration and maintenance, and employee engagement activities.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.

Certification: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
