Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values.     • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
    • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
    • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
    • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
    • On-board and train new employees.
    • Benefits administration
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures
    • In depth understanding of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee & labor relations functions.
    • Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
