Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics. We are looking for a new member for our team to take on our Kalispell area location. This position will give you the ability to meet with and build relationships with a great client base. We have a display lot currently and are looking for a new location in the area to sell out from.
Applicant must have a love for sales, be comfortable with phone call sales, in person sales and online sales. Applicant must be proficient with a computer, basic construction knowledge a plus but not required. At least one year's experience in sales or retail in general.
Positions is Monday- Friday with the occasional weekend for special events.
