We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The Senior HR Generalist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, and compliance. This position reports to the Senior Director of HR and will focus on the North American Sporting Goods fitness equipment division, which has brands including BowFlex, Schwinn, and Horizon Fitness.
This role can immediately shift focus and prioritize multiple work requests while remaining positive and upbeat. The position is part of a fun, friendly, and flexible HR team that works closely together on all aspects of HR.
