We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. Duties:
-Assist in the payroll process
- Working with employee benefits which include open enrollments, updating online portals, and keeping current records
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update system with accurate information
- Assist with training development and coordination of employee development programs
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and succession planning
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars
- Assist with data entry and data analysis for various HR reports
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
