Summary: The Facilitator I will coordinate and collaborate with participants, case managers, county and community-based organizations. Facilitator is responsible for preparing and implementing lesson plans, presenting educational materials, and coordinating meeting spaces, group orientations, staff meetings, workshops, and completion ceremonies.
Job Duties: The Facilitator I will research, gather, and create lessons, activities, and curriculum content for target population. Effectively recruit and meet the desired number of participants. Collect, review and submit all participants’ paperwork (intake forms, sign in sheets), ensuring all information is filled out correctly and on time.
Experience and Education: Typically possesses a bachelor’s degree and a teaching certificate or license. Experience in public speaking. Possess expert knowledge of subject matter.
Reports to: Program Manager.
