Position Description

The IT Apprentice will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor. This is an exciting opportunity for any new graduate, as well as individuals enrolled in a curriculum within with a focus in information technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Lend IT support in areas such as Account Creation, Laptop Setups, Teams Setup, Email Setup, Smartsheet Setup

Education/Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major, as well as individuals enrolled in a curriculum within these fields.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, O365, Virtual Machines, Veem, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive, Windows Defender
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reports To

The Information Technology Apprentice reports to the IT Manager.
