JOB SUMMARY:

Higher Information Group is seeking a Full time IT Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our IT project managers and IT Team in the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of various projects within our IT Division/Organization as well as maintaining other IT related functionalities.

In addition, this individual should have strong communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative:

· Enter all project information within the correct software programs.

· Coordinate with various teams and departments to allocate resources for projects.

· Coordinate meetings and other project-related activities with customers.

· Track project tasks and deadlines and follow up with team members to ensure timely.

Project Planning:

· Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.

Documentation

· Maintain project documentation for all projects and update status reports.

Billing:

· Maintain project & general IT billing within all software programs.

· Maintain IT queues- making sure that tickets are completed and billed correctly.

Quoting:

· Assist with quoting IT sales when requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite required.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask.

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Flexibility and dependable a must

· Professional, friendly demeanor necessary

· High School Diploma required.
