  • Technology Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Technology Architecture Manager in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:

    • Design, implement, and support world-class SAP Basis solutions for Accenture or our clients, spanning smaller SAP projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs.
    • Lead a team of SAP Basis admins providing day-to-day production support of multiple SAP systems. Serve as the primary client point of contact for all SAP Basis related issues and drive the team to meet all SLA and client requirements.
    • Provide automation solutions and operational improvements using Automation Anywhere and other industry RPA tools to automate routine tasks and improve SAP Basis support operations.
    • Conduct SAP architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems, including for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
    • Design, build, deliver, run, and maintain SAP solutions for new and existing applications and functional areas.
    • Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements and overall technical oversite for all SAP Basis support and projects.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


    Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Defining SAP technical architecture, workflow, and components;
    • Working with global teams and architects for coordination of day-to-day activities and the delivery of projects;
    • Performing SAP upgrades and Service Pack installs;
    • Providing SAP Basis production support for the following applications: NetWeaver, Portal, SRM, ECC, SLT, MDG, Biller Direct, and CRM;
    • Working with SAP and hosting providers to solve complex SAP and infrastructure issues;
    • Utilizing integration architectures, including IBM, IIB, and Dell Boomi; and
    • Creating and maintaining SAP system monitoring using Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, or BigPanda.

    Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

    • Designing, architecting, configuring, coding, and testing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes for SAP environments;
    • Performance engineering and production support for SAP HANA databases;
    • Performing system administration for a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment;
    • Designing, building, and testing SAP HA/DR solutions for HANA and GCP environments;
    • Managing a team of delivery resources supporting SAP Basis operations in 24X7 environments.

    Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
