We are looking for a strategic Vice President of IT to join our global business as a pivotal senior executive leader driving technology innovation towards business growth.

So, what’s the job?

• You'll drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.
• You'll oversee IT infrastructure, system development, and web services.
• You'll optimize internal operations with suitable technology.
• You'll manage IT equipment, staff, recruitment, budget, and cost-effectiveness.
• You'll ensure data and network security through cybersecurity initiatives and will be responsible for our Cyber Security program.
• You’ll design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
• You'll provide regular updates on critical platforms.
• You'll implement strategic solutions to address IT challenges and to capitalize on technology trends and opportunities.
• You'll set performance expectations and foster talent development, ensuring performance improvement of team members through continuous feedback and training.

And, what are we looking for?

• You’ll bring a minimum 15 years’ experience in IT and business/industry with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• You’ll have proven experience in leading high-performing technology organizations, as a VP or Head of IT
• You’ll bring a strong business sense and strategic mindset with experience in turning business strategies and objectives into IT strategies that achieve these goals
• You’ll be collaborative by nature with experience working across functions and silos to achieve objectives
• You’ll have excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• You’ll have experience managing application development teams and 3rd party vendors
• You’ll bring expertise in data center management and data governance
• You’ll have hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• You’ll have excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously and delegate timely
• You’ll bring Superior experience managing and developing staff and demonstrating leadership
• You’ll be able to travel as required, including internationally
• Positivity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and professionalism are a must
• You’ll be honest with high integrity
• BSc/BA in computer science, business information, technology or engineering or relevant field. Masters degree is preferred
