- Receives and inventories all technology (hardware, software, etc)
- Installs and configures computer equipment and systems
- Provides technical support and maintenance for all technology systems
- Upgrade and maintain hardware/software to conform to organizational standards and requirements
- Provides technical support for miscellaneous hardware
- Assists IT staff with miscellaneous technology projects/efforts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED. The job requires 3 months experience working with computers, software and users, specifically building and maintaining personal computer hardware and computer software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook. Technical knowledge to troubleshoot: TCP/IP, and printers. Demonstrated knowledge of basic Microsoft network concepts.SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Flexible full-time or part-time hours depending on the individual’s internship requirements.
