  • The MMISR PM provides support for content development and procurement support during the planning and procurement phases of the New Mexico HSD MMISR Benefits Management Services (BMS) Module. The PM will work closely with the client, contracted vendors and business users to collect and analyze information to ensure requirements definition and subsequent procurement documents are developed. The PM will also provide recommendations to the state project team on project issues, risks and observations.

    Job Responsibilities Include:
    • Provide support for collection, documentation, and tracking of enterprise BMS requirements
    • Assist the monitoring of outcomes of project controlling activities such as risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, budget status, change requests affecting scope to ensure processes are being utilized, are effective, and updated as needed
    • Support PMO methodology, process, and implementation guidance
    • Attend project and status meetings; prepare or contribute to status reports and agendas for meetings
    • Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable
    • Develop and maintain positive client relationship and expectations
    • Monitor vendor performance on assigned projects
    • Manage communication, coordination and performance of other stakeholders as needed
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, preferrably in healtcare IT with:
    • Minimum 5 years of healthcare IT project management experience
    • Familiarity with MMIS systems and CMS MES Guidance rules and regulations.
    • This is a part time ~50% position. Must be willing to travel to Santa Fe NM up to 50%.


    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $46,000-67,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
