Job Summary: Swan Lake Resort is currently seeking a(n) Information Technology/IT candidate to support the staff and guests.

Job Goals: Maintain technology equipment and assist staff in its use.

Job Skills/Requirements/Essential Functions:

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair technology equipment such as computers, printers, video displays, data projectors, visual presenters, video conference devices, scanners, cameras, telephones, televisions and other associated peripherals. Wi-Fi and Security Cameras are ran by Ubiquiti Software.
• Install and configure software applications used by Swan Lake Resort onto company computers.
• Apply software application upgrades and patches when directed/instructed.
• Troubleshoot and/or resolve staff issues with technology equipment, network connectivity and software applications. Knowledge of Office 360 a plus.
• Train and support staff on proper use of technology equipment and software applications.
• Assist with maintenance of the network servers and infrastructure equipment.
• Assist with backup procedures.
• Working directly with guests in a customer service capacity on guest Wi-Fi issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot company printers, copiers, etc.
• Assist users in PC-related issues and training of users for newly introduced software components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all company issued cell phones.
• Maintain company VOIP Phone System. Knowledge of ShoreTel system a plus.
• Being the IT liaison with third party software companies in use on property

Education &/or Experience:

• Associates of Applied Science or IT related field preferred.
• 2 years of recent and relevant experience in the fields of IT &/or IT Networks
• Ability to work effectively and productively with minimal supervision
• Team player willing and able to meet agreed upon goals
