    Job Title: Scheduler

    Position Type: Full-time

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a Scheduler who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the installation and templating schedule for our countertop projects. The Scheduler will work closely with our sales team, project managers, and installation crews to ensure that projects are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, travel logistics, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the installation schedule for countertop projects, taking into account factors such as project deadlines, material availability, and crew availability.
    • Communicate with sales team members, project managers, and installation crews to gather necessary information and updates on project status.
    • Schedule appointments with clients for project measurements and installations, ensuring that appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any scheduling conflicts or delays to ensure that projects stay on track.
    • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, appointments, and updates in the scheduling system or software.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project scheduling and status, including any changes or updates to the schedule.
    • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in project management or related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or project management role, preferably in a construction or home improvement industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software or systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements.
    • Knowledge of countertop materials and installation processes is a plus, but not required.
