We are looking for a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our client's team of experienced professionals. Our client is a very successful boutique law firm located in Blue Ash focusing on family law.

What you'll do...

Initially, you'll handle clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and drafting letters.  Once you're comfortable with our people and processes, you will transition to paralegal work, such as meeting with clients and handling many of the documents, filings, and paperwork associated with family financial and legal matters.  The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the legal field and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The primary responsibilities of this position will include:

• Providing administrative support to attorneys, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments
• Answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to emails and correspondence
• Researching legal information and preparing presentations
• Maintaining client files and records
• Providing legal research and drafting legal documents

You'll need...

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in a legal office setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
