This role requires a dynamic individual with over 5 years of marketing experience within a law firm environment. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote legal services and enhance the firm's brand visibility.
- - Collaborate with attorneys and senior management to identify target markets, client segments, and business development opportunities.
- - Manage the firm's digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising.
- - Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
- - Coordinate and participate in networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand the firm's professional network and client base.
- - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or JD preferred.
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within a law firm or professional services environment.
- - Strong understanding of legal industry trends and terminology.
- - Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience managing a marketing team or department.
