Top Division Manufacturing Executive leads the overall manufacturing strategy, planning, and operations for a division of an organization. Develops and incorporates solid operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into all manufacturing processes. Being a Top Division Manufacturing Executive adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs and participates in workforce or labor relations negotiations and planning activities. Additionally, Top Division Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support divisional goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Top Division Manufacturing Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's Outlook calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to executives and other team members
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide timely responses
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- SharePoint experience, Task Management Tool (TMT), Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Utilize DocuSign or similar software to process electronic signatures
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
MUST HAVE
-Bachelors Degree in office Administration or Business with at least a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with DOD Headquarters or Federal Headquarters staff level work
**Air Force and or DOD experience is preferred**
**Must have active TOP Secret Security Clearance**
