    We are seeking an experienced banking professional for the role of Senior Market Executive at our home office in Madison, WI. This position will be responsible for managing a team of Correspondent Bankers in multiple states. The candidate will educate, coach and guide the team to maximize success in their roles. In addition he/she will collaborate with all departments to assure all goals are obtained.

    In addition the Market Senior Executive will also be assigned the Southern WI territory in which this role will be responsible for retaining existing and developing prospect customer relationships by providing knowledge of Bankers' Bank's products and services. Establish credibility and build relationships to assist efforts in identifying sales opportunities within defined markets.

    Leadership & Management

    • Provide guidance and support to dedicated team of regional Correspondent Bankers
    • Work with Executive Management to coordinate periodic sales meetings at corporate office
    • Conduct annual reviews and establish goals for Correspondent Bankers
    • Provide coaching, training and education to Correspondent Bankers
    • Facilitate annual sales training as needed
    • Ensure Correspondent Banker market strategies are developed and reviewed
    • Develop, align, and execute bank-wide marketing strategies, budget and initiatives

    Sales and Service

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects.
    • Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them and establish partnerships.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Identify growth opportunities within each account and work to expand the business partnership.
    • Utilize marketing collateral and product experts to educate and consult customers and prospects.
    • Manage the customer relationship including sales, service, communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

    Administrative

    • Utilize and embrace bank-wide sales pipeline fundamentals.
    • Utilize CRM to document relevant bank call information.
    • Represent the Bank in a professional manner at industry related events. Attend industry events to maintain expert level knowledge of relevant products, services and topics.

    Ideal candidates will possess a degree in business, finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, a minimum of five years banking, lending, or related experience, along with a minimum of two years business development experience. Community banking experience preferred, along with demonstrated cash management knowledge.
