Who You Are:

Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in growing a career in marketing analytics? Are you a problem solver, data-driven, highly technical, and eager to learn? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Summer 2024 DELVE Internship Program in Boulder, Colorado!

As a DELVE Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of marketing analytics! This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (June through August) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in data or web analytics, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team! You’ll also work on strategic projects and learn from a team of talented professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• Recent college graduate (2023/2024)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a critical thinker
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines 
• Basic experience with analytical and statistical software/tools
• Ability to perform in depth research and analysis

What You'll Need:

• Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in digital media, computer science. business administration, economics, statistics
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher
• A genuine interest and availability to consider a full-time position after the successful completion of the internship

• Compensation: $20 per hour
• A hybrid work model - We work 3 days from office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday)
