Looking for an Assistant to Experience Officer

YOUR MISSION

The Assistant to Experience Officer’s main job will be providing assistance within the domain of experience management and enhancement. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Experience Officer in her duties related to managing and enhancing the overall experience of our clients. The day-to-day work will include gathering data from various people and systems and adding it to spreadsheets, creating and updating graphs, emailing and posting regular daily, weekly, and monthly updates, scheduling meetings, investigating feedback from clients and personnel to clarify what’s happening exactly so that improvements can be made, following up on improvements to ensure they are implemented fully and completely. The purpose of your efforts is to expedite the implementation of improvements as well as assist in providing all data needed to do so accurately and in an organized fashion.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

• Daily, weekly, and monthly spreadsheet calculations, statistics, graphs, and reporting regarding: feedback, ratings, reviews, client retention, service cancelations, refunds, and reorders.

• Following up on incomplete actions and gathering the latest updates

• Reaching people for required data

• Organizing projects and their statuses

• Getting data from internal employees including follow up

• Handling back and forth on scheduling meetings

• Investigating specific feedback and compiling accurate data on who was involved and what happened exactly.

WORK HOURS

• Full-time in-office position
• Monday - Friday from 9-6pm with an hour lunch

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
• Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.
