Landmark Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join our team!

Landmark Hospitality owns and operates unique and iconic venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We specialize in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels. We are passionate about creating memories for our team members and guests alike.

This role will work under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and SVP of Sales. You will be working alongside and collaborating with other Landmark Marketing Account Executives. The goal of the Account Executive is to plan, spearhead, execute, and manage all marketing initiatives for their designated Landmark properties. This role will consist of weddings, lifestyle, and hotel marketing. We are looking for a creative individual, ideally with graphic design and a hospitality marketing background, for this position.

The position will be based out of our Home Base offices in Plainfield, NJ, while also traveling to your Landmark properties when necessary (NJ & PA). Salary-based, Monday – Friday, with flexibility on some weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities:

• Establish monthly restaurant house events, music calendars, holiday events for your restaurants
• Coordinate all events with social influencers and our video asset manager
• Spearhead your house events on the Landmark Shop
• Update restaurant menus and in-house collateral for the properties
• Work with vendors to collect and organize wedding content
• Work with Directors on updating wedding, social, corporate, and private dining packages
• Manage social accounts for your properties such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, & Facebook (post, comment, answer comments / DMs, etc)
• Update websites consistently, LMV, LMH, and any individual property sites
• Manage 3rd party sites for our properties (i.e., Facebook groups, local publications, The Knot, Zola, Wedding Wire, Here Comes The Guide, etc.)
• Coordinate video and photo shoots with our photographers and videographers
• Collaborate on Landmark Club initiatives and events
• Create graphics, logos, marketing collateral, etc.

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with a major or concentration in Marketing or a related field
• High proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar creative outlets/suites
• Experience in the hospitality industry, restaurant, event planning, or similar field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in social media (creating, posting, interacting, boosting)
• Ability to communicate design choices clearly
• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure with a team and alone
• Tech-savvy
