  • Job Description:

    As our Brand Ambassador on the PNC Mobile Learning Adventure (MLA) Tour, you will be apart of our team of friendly faces at our onsite activations. The MLA Tour is a travelling exhibit that provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about the importance of early childhood education while they engage in fun activities with their children ages 0-5. Working as a BA, you’ll be interacting with children and their families, guiding them through different activity stations, and ensuring any questions are being answered.

    You might be stationed at the costume wall, where you’ll help kids in and out of fun props, or at the arts and crafts area, where you’ll do your best to maintain organization while making sure everyone is having a good time. Each activity is different, so flexibility, patience and your ability to work with kids will be the most important skill for this role. We anticipate families and caregivers from all backgrounds and cultures to attend these events, so your ability to speak multiple languages would be highly preferred!

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Working with Children. Knowing this event and initiative is centered around creating kid-friendly experiences, you’re willingness to work with children ages 0-5 is the highest priority.
    • You’ll be explaining the activities, guiding through our stations, and will be the main point of contact for questions from their families. Outgoing and Positive Personality.
    • We want to attract people to spend time at this event, so your ability to proactively engage potential consumers is a key to our success. You’ll do that by welcoming patrons to our activation and helping to create an inviting experience.
    • Reliable. We have training materials and on-the-job training, so your promptness and communication must be reliable.
    • Set Up/Tear Down. As part of the shift, you’ll be required to help with set up or tear down. This isn’t going to be difficult manual labor, but your willingness to help will be crucial to make this event as seamless as possible.
