Job Responsivities: Provide day-to-day operational support to the Division Monitor and manage inventory levels of tires and related product throughout numerous store locations Analyze data related to sales, product inventory, and operations to identify trends to best reach Divisional goals Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within the division Ensure that store operations are matching Pomp’s standards Prepare financial reports to present to management for informed decision making Assist in managing budgets related to operations and inventory Provide ongoing training to internal members on operational processes Job Requirements: Valid driver's license Ability to cover all stores within the division as needed Management experience Tire Sales experience preferred Commercial/Retail Tire Knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work independently with minimal supervision Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external members Ability to make decisions Ability to travel throughout the Division frequently Physical Demands: Occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds Ability to talk and hear in order to communicate with internal and external customers. Position operates in a variety of environments, including offices, vehicles, meeting rooms, automotive shops, and outdoor spaces Primarily in sheltered, climate-controlled spaces; some work outdoors in good to mildly inclement weather conditions You wouldn’t stop at a green light, so don’t let your career become caught in a roadblock.
