Ace Outdoor Services is hiring for a Landscape Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate must be very detailed oriented. This position will have set hours during the spring, summer and fall months. Hours vary with weather and are more flexible in the winter season.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Heavy data entry, review, and verification of various measurable as determined by the Landscape Division Manager

• Check and verify employee time cards daily

• Scheduling daily routes

• Ensure service reporting

• Report any irregular or unauthorized stops

• Assist Landscape Manager with inputting and generating PO’s

• Prepare, review and approve payroll

• Additional responsibilities as requested or required by Management

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in professional office environment

• Knowledgeable in entry level data entry

• Ability to work in a fast past office environment

• Ability to multitask and assist in different departments when needed

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel

• Detail orientated, consistent and accurate output of work

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

• Efficient in time management and the ability to take initiative with little or no direction

• The desire to learn and grow both our organization and yourself
