REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Operations

Position Description: The Greater Albany Public School District is looking to add a qualified Executive Assistant to the district office. This position will provide support to the Executive Director of Operations in accomplishing the goals and tasks of the district. In this position, the Executive Assistant will participate in creating an efficient, well run program focusing on employee and community relations. This will include creating a positive image with current and prospective employees, the public, and community/business partners by implementing organized systems and communicating data and activities of the district.
Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of at least 3 years of similar level assistant experience.
• High school diploma required.

Desired Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish
• Higher Education classes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.19 - $28.92 per hour
