Baylor Sciences and Facilities is looking for a responsible, hands-on, and detail-oriented Research and Development Machinist. The R&D Machinist will provide technical guidance, expertise, and leadership to faculty and students regarding design and how to build complex, novel, or state of the art prototypes, components, and parts; often requiring the development of new and improved techniques, procedures, and tooling.
A High School diploma, two years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required.
An associate degree from either a community college or trade school, five years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are preferred.
A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
