We are seeking an experienced sales manager to drive growth in our domestic Wine Guardian sales division.

    Job Overview:

    As the Wine Guardian Division Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our domestic Wine Guardian sales to achieve sales targets and expand market share. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, grow our distributor network, and provide leadership and direction to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

    2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales employees to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

    3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, and distributors.

    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.

    5. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

    7. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

    8. Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

    9. Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact sales strategies and operations.

    10. Uphold company values and promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus within the sales team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on domestic markets and technical product sales.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
    • Analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis and market research.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
