POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides general clerical support and assistance in an office environment on a higher level which may include duties in multiple departments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CDMS Experience Required
• Daily Ticket Entry
• Issue PO’s
• Assist with ensuring PO Process is followed and completed correctly
• Daily Invoicing
• Create new jobs in system
• Review payroll with manager and submit payroll and any corrections
• Participate in month end – reviewing and submitting accruals for both AR and AP
• Ad hoc reporting of division reports
• Participate with collection of past due invoices

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filing, sorting, distributing/delivering mail
• Taking applications
• Assist with new hires
• Preparing timesheets for payroll
• Recording Man-hours
• Recording USES audits
• Setting up medical screening for employees
• General support for Project Managers and Division Managers
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Use logical, step-by-step procedures in work
• Work with great accuracy
• Perform the same work repeatedly
• Knowledge of general business and company procedures
• Proficient typing of 50 - 55 WPM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Must be courteous, professional and diplomatic in dealing with external contacts
• High School Diploma required
• Associates in Accounting a plus
• 3 to 5 years’ experience required
