Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax returns for our clients.

Duties:
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Review financial records, such as income statements and expense reports, to determine tax deductions and credits
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and answer any tax-related questions
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate tax preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues that may arise

-Administrative duties such as answering the telephone, assist clients, scheduling, scanning of documents, etc.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Knowledge of financial concepts and the ability to explain them to clients
- Experience using accounting software and MS Office, preferred

- Strong communication skills

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
