Experienced Tax Director

The perfect candidate for this role will have experience completing the following job duties:

• 10 years of experience in accounting.
• CPA license.
• Client management expertise.
• Ability to serve as “in-charge” on tax engagements and work directly with business owners, and executive-level decision makers.
• Proven ability to lead and manage internal team of professionals.
• Motivation to expand and develop referral sources and business leads.
• Adept at performing detailed tax research.
• Ability to lead tax-driven consulting services and solutions.
• Proficiency in running tax engagements from beginning to end.
• Ability to quickly learn various cloud-based software solutions.
• Capability to multi-task while working independently or within a group environment.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytic skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software), Adobe Acrobat, and accounting software (QuickBooks and UltraTax preferred).
• This position is hybrid; a combination of remote and in-office work. In-office work will be determined by Cg management and/or client needs.
