    Venteonis currently seeking a Controller. The ideal candidate will be acritical contributor to the company s overall financial success.The Controller  will direct the financial operations of the company including budgeting, planning and other financial matters.

    Requirements of the Controller
    • Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting required, Master s degree a plus
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience and responsibility
    • Strong computer /software experience
    • Experience interacting with outside auditors, insurance companies, and financial institutions
    • Experience with corporate business insurances, employee benefits, and profit-sharing plans
    • Cash Management experience.
    • Background in the automotive /manufacturing industries
    • An extremely strong work ethic

    Responsibilities of the Controller
    • Coordinates the financial planning, budgeting, and investment activities.
    • Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions,and contract                    negotiations.
    • Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements, activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual            budgets.
    • Cash management for the company.
    • Ensures that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP.)
    • Responsible forrisk management and loss prevention programs including property and casualty insurance,        general liability insurance, workers compensation, customs and tariffs, and cash management.
    • Reviews financial details from past, present, and forecasted operations; identifies development opportunities      and improvements that can be made.
    • Provides management with short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
    • Conducts monthly business review meeting with Senior Management, reports to board of directors semi-            annually and has significant interaction with Executive Leadership.
    • Collaborates with external auditors to provide information needed for the annual audit.
    • Maintains knowledge of organizational procedures, federal and state regulations, and accounting standards.
    • Responsible for annual inventory.
    • Performs other related duties or projects as assigned.
