Prepare annual financial report for the Controller’s Office. Maintain confidentiality of accounts Maintain school store Meet with the principal monthly to go over all recorded transactions and the monthly bank statement MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS Preference given to current teachers at the individual school Responsible for account and balancing of student funds and reports for PPSD accounting. Knowledge of computer peripherals such as a scanner and a zip drive, preferred. Must be available after school. Must have demonstrated organizational skills and meet all deadlines. Preference will be given to teachers with experience.
