Administrative Assistant - CARE E ME Transportation

Job Description:

CARE E ME Transportation, a non-emergency medical transport company dedicated to providing compassionate care, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various office duties and assisting the office manager in ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and emails while providing excellent customer service to clients.

- Efficiently performing data entry tasks with a keen eye for accuracy.

- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files using computer file directories.

- Assisting with paperwork filing and management to ensure a well-organized office.

- Supporting the office manager with any other delegated tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

- Must understand dynamic scheduling techniques to ensure efficient and timely responses to drivers.

- Filling in for our scheduler when she’s away.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

- Basic understanding of computer file directories for effective file management.

- Outstanding multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Compassionate and empathetic personality traits to uphold our commitment to compassionate care.

- Typing speed of approximately 60 words per minute or faster.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week.

Monday: 1pm - 4:30pm

Tuesday: 1pm - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 1pm - 4:30pm

Thursday: 10am - 4:30pm

Friday: 1pm - 4:30pm

Starting Pay: $20 per hour.
