You First Services, Inc., an innovator in scientific research and development, is seeking a talented Marketing Account Executive with proven experience creating marketing campaigns and developing relationships to grow our Oral Health Care products in coordination with our partners.

The Marketing Account Executive is responsible for the quality, growth, and profitability of the company's relationships with its partners by ensuring that our marketing tactics and solutions are delivered in alignment with our partners' objectives and key strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and overseeing impactful, fully integrated promotional campaigns for resellers and partners
• Marketing to product distributors and serving as the primary point of contact and providing strategic marketing direction to ensure their goals are being met.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional “big idea” concepts for product resellers.
• Engages in regular partner interaction via email, conference calls, and in-person visits to enhance partner relationships.
• Participate in developing marketing strategies through collaborations with our Marketing/Sales teams, and outside creative agencies.
• Implement product-driven marketing campaigns that will include digital, email, and print.
• Regularly report on the success of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate the production of marketing material (e.g. TV commercials, radio advertisements, magazine/newspaper ads), both internally and externally, for our products being sold by our resellers (e.g. stores, pharmacies, etc.).
• Proactively plan to address new market segment opportunities and react to unforeseen challenges.
• Design, implement, and measure social and email marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidates Will Have…

• 3 to 5 years of relevant Marketing or Business experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication, proofreading, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Understanding of graphic design for print and digital formats, and relevant social media channels and practices.
• Passion for building programs from the ground up.
• Knowledge of digital and offline marketing tactics
• Experience with email marketing platforms.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
